waterproof disposables

Postby estemof » Fri Dec 03, 2004 7:29 am

I brought some waterproof disposable cameras yesterday from Argo's, £5 each. I'll let you know what the pics come out like, I'll be using them in Spain this Christmas.

Anyone else used anything like this?

Yeah, i went to hossegor last year and used one. Didn't get any epic shots in the water unfortunately, but i did manage to snap this one. not bad for a disposable i suppose...

Thanks. Completely forgot about the film, the camera sat at the bottom of my bag for about a year, and when i finally got my sh!t together and had it developed i realised there were a few peachy images on it. I have to say It was one of the best holidays i ever had.

Not sure... But I did this when windsurfing...

Not sure for surfing... But a while ago when I was a windsurfer, I took a camera out and we took turns. One sitting across a board and the other sailing past.

Looks like one could surf and the other basically eat it just inside the break... :P

Or maybe grab the board and dive under after some quick pics....

The guys taking pics are usually swiming - snorkle or scuba and then dive under the wave. But you gotta forego surfing to do that...

Sigh... Trade offs.

dont know if it would work but a bum bag type contraption might do the job, any time ive had one in the water i just held the rubber strap in my mouth while i paddled out only words on small days though
