Hello. For those who miss the Guru site.
11/02/05
A nice strong long distance 2/3ft swell with sets to shoulder high rolled down the north east coast mild weather with litlle wind and not many in till the evening when a few locals arrived after work.
Thought i would share a few pics with you from time to time.
Hope you enjoy them.

Dudes i have loads of pics on my hard Drive will try and post one of the pumphouse doing its thing with the correct swell on it soon.
Seen 12ft+ set waves been riden there but just missed getting a pic of a guy riding double overhead before it smashed him to bits.
You either make it though or you die when its that big there hey.

Those pics were taken on poor quality day for photos.

Here a picture from November last year not a huge wave but the the rider is well placed to ride the wave.

I was n on the 27th Nov (I remember casue it's my b day) and it's the first time I used my red MS7. I seem to remember you (maybe) in at low tide and loadsa other spongers we know as well...They got out and my dad and me stayed in....REALLY good surf thats day!!!

Loving the pics! Shows what quality waves we do get up here! Keep them coming! Ive got a couple of snaps i took of south bay in the main gallery. Cant wait for my new board and nose to return to surfing functionability!
