Water Proof Housing

Just bought a waterproof housing for my Canon Eos 300D for a trip to Hossegor in 4 weeks.

Few questions.....

Anyone know where you can get that gel you put on casing lens to stop water droplets gathering?

Any tips at all on water photography would be cool.
