Suggest a couple of decent waterproof cameras please!

As the subject says, can you good folks suggest a waterproof point and shoot digi camera for me. Just one that I can stash in a backpack and take out for pics whilst I'm doing my wee coastal trips on the SUP. Something nice and simple - doesn;t need to have all the latest gubbins - easier and more user friendly the better - nothing fiddly either as without ma specs on I may be shooting back to front without knowing:D ta

Hey we just came out with a camera that might fit your needs. The camera itself isn't waterproof but it comes with a waterproof housing. It is similar to the GoPro in that it is mountable almost anywhere except ours comes standard with most of the mounts (at a lower price point than GoPro) 8mp camera 1080p full HD video 150degree wide angle shooting. It's a good camera, especially for the price. Check it out at http://www.livecameras.co :D

Your web link just shows a load of iPhone cases, not any waterproof cameras. Fail.

Hi,

I have owned several waterproof "point and shoot" cameras. My current favorite is the Panasonic Lumix TS-4. I would also look at the Nikon AW100, and the Canon PowerShot D20. For surfing / SUP I recommend picking up a Wrist Pod from Golden Hour www.goldenhourcompany.com
