Got one of those GP Hero cameras that straps to your wrist this summer. Just got the pics back, only took 24 see how it went. There's a couple of alright ones. Only touble is they're mostly blurry cos of all the moment in the surf. I used ASA 200 film. If I used something higher would this make a difference and allow me to take pictures of fast moving objects ie my mates surfing? The shutter speed of the camera can't be adjusted. That's why I ask. Would just changing the film speed work?

It won't make a difference to the blurry image if the shutter spped cant be increased.
You may get better results in low light conditions but with a camera of such a low spec you get the results you pay for.
