need ideas for surf trip late feb/early march

a friend and i are looking to go on quick (1 week ish) surfing trip late feb or early march 2013 and we need some suggestions as to where would be good for us intermediate surfers.
we're from perth so anywhere in asia is obviously ideal as we're going to be on a bit of a budget!!
