reparing board delamination?

i have had a firewhire board delaminate just in front of tail pad on the deck (think it was caused from a fcs fin plug hair line crack letting in water). what is the best way of dealing with the delamination?

where are you located? your best bet is taking it to coxie at ding devils and he'll get it vac bagged down and good as new!
