What's best to polish ur stick after a de wax!!??

Any discussion on shaping, designing, repairing and riding surfcraft of any type or shape. Also a good place to ask the 'what board should I buy?' question.

What's best to clean up your board after dewaxing? It PU construction... Some say white spirit some say turps?? Don't wanna risk ruining it by using something abrasive!!

I use white spirit, non-abrasive and cleans up/de-greases any remaining wax too, usually give it a rub down with a clean dry cloth afterwards to get any remaining residue off.

Acetone is a good option. I pinch the wife's nail polish remover.

Most auto cut & polish creams work well , but yeah , degrease first.......if you don't have a variable speed buffing pad , an armstrong buffer works good , if you don't have tennis elbow.......it will also show up every little indentation on the deck thats hidden under the wax.......are you gunna sell the board ?

i thought polished was slower, a fine sanded finish is fastest.
