Glass on fin replacement, where do I get one?

I snapped off a glassed on fin from my thruster, I've no idea where to get one from or how to fix a replacement back on, also I know there's a huge variety of fins, is there an easy way to identify it to get the right sized replacement.

Any advice gratefully received.
