Confused about ding repair.....

Postby jaylu » Thu Aug 29, 2013 11:16 am

Hey everyone,

I have searched and searched and can't seem to find a solution to my ding problem. I've recently got myself a new board and dinged it. Damn! It's made with a polyurethane foam core and glassed with epoxy......sooo, do I use a polyester repair kit or an epoxy repair kit?

I know the polyester kit will be fine because it's polyurethane core, but will it damage the epoxy, or maybe not bond properly?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

Cheers!

Use epoxy bud, poly does bond to epoxy too well.
