Yep, I have. Hoping to come over to Canada for 2/3 weeks in September....good time to come isn't it? Any recommendations/places to go to? Aiming for quiet/empty waves!

That is actually a great time to come, This year was great we had a nice week long swell or chest plus surf. Also so far this Fall and winter we have had a decent swell every week.
Some good places to visit would be around halifax area but they are not gonna be so quiet. The southshore is a place you wanna hit up, When its good those people drive the 1.5 plus hours from the city to come surf here on the south shore. The biggest crowd we had here was when albee layer, Matt Meola and Dane reynolds were around at one location there was 25 people which has a slab and a long left. nice barrel wave. But there is about but 10 breaks within 20 mins of there and the rest had 5-10 people. plenty of lefts a reef and a couple rights. The right places to pick up anysize.
