Probably would have halved in value so might have been a blessing in disguise re immense negative equity and mortgage if you wanted to cognitive therapy yourself (tho' I'd be gutted too).

My point re lawyer is if you had one BEFORE the development went bust then they may be liable for not checking that the developer did not have insurance for the project. Bog standard conveyancing which they should have checked.

Plus that company who did the presentation for you back in the day might be liable if they did not cover this need to check for deceloper insurance: Hedley Byrne & Co Ltd v Heller & Partners Ltd [1964] AC 465

The more I thought about this (on my bike rides the last few days) I've been getting angry on your behalf. It strikes me as exceedingly suspicious that both the developer and UK marketeer would go bust. it would be even more suspicious if this occurred at the same time.

I would question whether the two ever even bought the land they were puporting to develop.

I wouldn't be surprised if both companies were registered in BVI, Bahamas, Cayman, the Channel islands or some other such facilitator of cuntdom.

If any crime has been committed in full or part in the UK (such as a conspiracy to defraud which my over suspicious mind is germinating towards) then the UK police can have jurisdiction).

having thought about this and its pure speculation for I have seen no documentary evidence it was weird that I then saw this on huff post: http://money.aol.co.uk/2013/04/08/the-c ... -will-cos/

Anyway hope that provides food for thought

Hi guys,

just a bump and slight change. Unavailable 16/1/14 to 10/2/14 but free all other dates between October and End April 14.

I will keep at last winters rates of £210 week which includes free use of gym, indoor pool.

i have three boards over there - 6' Luke Short fish, 6'6 Fluid Concept branded bonzer shaped by Empire and my mates 7'6 Planck ecletic thing kinda a cross btw a gun and hull. I don't get on with the latter but he flies on it in big stuff. I'm sure he'd let me lend out subject to damage being paid for. I have the bonzer centre fin at home so you'd have to take a centre out - don't be under an illusion that it needs a specific bonzer fin, it doesn't.

Here's a vid of stokesy in the algarve last year, all within 30 mins of the pad http://www.surfdome.com/lifestyle_blog/ ... an-stokes/. (and I will divulge the spots  )

cheers

They had actually been given a yr by Spanish court to try and turn it around but didnt

They could be linked mate I dunno

Got fuckin screwed but are now much wiser as a result
