Bali for Christmas

Hi

Im heading to Bali this Christmas, 20th December - 5th January, with my girlfriend. I am an intimediate surfer and she is a beginner. We are looking to explore the island a little and also chill out as havent seen each other for a while, plus I am desperate to surf.

Does anyone know of the good places to head for a short 2week stay, dont want to waste too much time. We want a nice small wave and pretty chilled out location. I was thinking of heading out tere and booking accomodation, but she wants to book it all in advance. Anyone know of some good places we can book before we go.

Any help from someone who has been be really appreciated

Probably there already, but otherwise I would have recommended Sanur, good choice for the season
