Surfboard on Binter Canarias?

Anyone traveled with a board on Binter Airlines between the canary islands? Can't get through on the phone to them, and got some vague answer on email that maximum length for a board was 180cm.. Im flying to tenerife but jumping on a binter plane to fuerteventura and really would like my board bag with me.
