New to surfing in Newcastle

Hello! I've just started learning to surf after getting the bug visiting a mate in Devon. Had a couple of lessons at Tynemouth but was hoping to start surfing more independently but I don't really know anybody yet and so this is my plea for any possible surf buddies! I'm still totally s beginner but I want to start going at least once or twice a week- basically whenever surfs good and I can hire a a board!
Any advice would be most appreciated-cheers!

Ive just started surfing like yourself albeit a few months behind you. I am a scuba instructor but really after my first surf.lesson have the bug.

Wondering if you are still wanting to go surfing?
