Insanity my friend. The workouts are insane (hence the name!) - Day 1 fit test was the hardest i've ever worked in a 30-40min period.. It works on Plyometric Cardio Circuit... explosive moves which translates well into surfing.
Best of all - you dont need anything other than a little space, tv and dvd player!
Some of you are taking this waaay to literally/offensively.
Of course my trip is in a week and there is hardly anything i can do to improve my stamina (duh) but it made me think generally of what people do when they DO have an upcoming trip and would like to improve their fitness especially for surf.
