One for the body boarders

I've been asked to find some wetsuit socks or boots to be used with fins.

I've no idea what will work best, neoprene socks wear out quickly and boots are clumpy.

Any suggestions?

I have the round toed 5mm socks. Guys on the Kernow Bodyboarding forums also mention this product as being particularly good. (Circle One 5mm - round toed/Kevlar sock - just incase link breaks).

Bizarrely, I get cold feet more than anything else and these seem to do the job.

Looks good but I don't think it'll keep your feet particuarly warm.....

alder sell 3mm and 4mm socks. the 3mm keep my feet warm enoug. To make them last longer before you first use them, buy a tube of aquaseal, put a thick layer of it on the toe stitching area and the heel stitching and large patch of it on the heel area of the sole and where the balls of your feet are on the sole. Mine last 2-3 winters.

I use the oneill 3mm ninja boot. Lightweight with split toe. Works perfect under fins.

get some crocs and wear them down the beach, leave them at the high tide line and everyone will think they were just washed up with the rest of the plastic shite (or get those alder 3/5mm socks, I used to use them when I was spongin!)
