Gloves?...

Hi I went surfing yesterday for the first time in 2 months and my flash bomb 5/3 from last winter is still working well. Boots are f bomb 5 mm which aren't working so I'm getting some of them rubber ones instead but iv got some 5 3 flash bomb 5 finger gloves which aren't keeping my hands warm. Is it worth getting some 5 mm mitts or even the 7 mm ones do they work better?

just dont get ripcurl stuff mate
i had some lobster claws 5mm from ripcurl and they lasted 2 surfs.
xcel gloves are good, as are billabong 4mm foil gloves

Yea iv been looking at boots and gloves and I think im going to go for xcel. Got a summer drylock suit which is brilliant and next winter I think I'll go for a hooded drylock from the local shop and say goodbye to rip curl forever. My flash bomb is ok. Keeps me warm but the whole reason I went for that suit us because of the quick drying but it doesn't dry in 15 minutes any more. More like 10 hours. And it's been looked after so don't know what happened there.
