wetsuit has stretched

got a wetsuit on the cheaper end of the scale I want to nurse through another winter and it's stretched out or I've shrunk... any way to shrink it down or do I need to get it tailored?
seams are in reasonable condition, the odd leak here and there but it'll keep me warm if it fits tighter to stop the flushing

I would if that would solve it but the bastard is too saggy around the forearms, ankles, and shoulders

I have a similar problem. A friend gave me a wetsuit that was a little too big, was wondering I can leave it in the sun for a few hours to shrink?

No. You'll need to leave it in the sun for 2 years minimum.
