significantly crapper build and durability as well I reckon! My GoPro wrist housing will definitely go to 28m as I have had it that deep, I wouldn't trust this thing in a bath...

the first review on amazon sounds pretty bad. the bloke says he would rather a gopro

I had the original ATC2000 from Scientific American (which I think these are based on) and the refresh rate didn't really keep up with surfing action although I liked the video quality apart from that. I have a second hand gopro hd & the quality is always impressive plus you just need an fcs plug in your board to mount it. The gopro has more options than my original ATC and much wider angle lens (pros/cons) - can't say what these current cameras have but they cost a fraction of a gopro. I've got spare O rings for the original camera if needed!
