After a big westerly blow our little beach out front always has some plastic turn up.

I am puzzled by these yellow things that appear.They are like bottle tops, why so many all at once?

We found a weapon of some kind washed up on a beach last week. It was a metal cylinder, with loads of warnings on, and a label that said "if found contact police or military", and instructions to arm and disarm. I left it on the beach, I wasn't about to hike for an hour with a bomb strapped to my backpack, or drive for an hour with it in the car They do fire torpedoes from submarines off the coast, maybe thats where it came from. Should be getting more debris from the Japan tsunami soon, could be some nasty things washing up
