Bit of an odd one there Matt.

They look like US boxes. How long are they?

First thoughts were Bic style but no deck holes..... :?

You could put these in http://store.magicseaweed.com/FCS-Longboard-Box-Adapter/Item/1351/ if they are long enough (doubtful) and then put FCS fins in.

Can you get kayak or wave ski thruster fin sets in bigger sizes?

Those are definitely the older style goat boat boxes, I don't know what they are actually called but kaykas have been using these for ages and now just use a slight variation.
Any fins sold as kayak fins should be fine and you can also get adapters to take other fin types (such as fcs).
The one thing I would say though is if the fin you use does not fill the fin box it will be worth your while blocking out the rest of the fin box with foam or tape, otherwise there is disturbance created that reduces the function of the fin.

I should have mentioned that these following brands make fins that fit this system (there are others too but these are the generally popular ones).

True Ames
Rainbow Fin Company
CJB
Mega
Immersion Research
Vince Shey Flex Fins
