Hey! This is my first post! Thank you for checking it out and any help you can give!

I was wondering if anyone knows a website with bathymetry charts, I would like to find some for NZ and Hawaii mainly. But im interested in checking ANY out.

Not NZ or Hawaii, but you said you'd like to see any, so there's some stuff about Mavericks here;

^^^ You got me looking for a scene from 100ft Wed where they're talking about the bathymetrics of Mavs. Think they said it broke in 80ft of water that day. This set closed out the whole coast as far as you could see N&S.
