north sea buoy

Is it just me or has the north sea buoy (62164) been showing no data for at least the last six months? I swear it used to work. What's the deal, am I missing something here? Can't somebody send a floatilla of seaguls to go fix it, or tell the one remaining family of cod to do the honours?
