Surf buddies in Cardiff or nearby

Hi,

I am looking to see if there is anyone in Cardiff or nearby who hits the surf on weekends. A lot of my mates have moved with work or gone back home. It would be great to have fellow surfers and some like-minded people to create a cardiff surf community. I would say i'm an intermediate surfer but I welcome people of all abilities to join me. Its about the fun.

I live in Port Talbot, surf on the gower at weekends when I can, and nearer me on weekdays when it's light enough.

Would be good to have a few people to share petrol etc with.

Been surfing about a year, so probably a similar standard to you guys I'd guess!

I'm Jonny 23, Im also on the lookout for a surfing buddy or buddys. I've not been surfing too long but am able to get up on the board but turning is non existant. I live in Taffs Well near Cardiff and have my own car so I can give someone a lift. I usually go to the gower but want to go to other beaches. Thanks guys and happy surfing

Hi Everyone, as well as the usual Facebook pages there is a website called www.Surfermates.com that is set up specifically to find surfers near you and help you share lifts.
