My 9'6 x 23.5 x 3.25 Roger Cooper is too heavy for me (dodgy back) so Im looking for something around the 9'2 mark. Its in excellent condition with just a couple of pressure marks and one professional ding repair. Im in south wales.

As much as the idea of body surfing rest bay when its 2 foot appeals to me Flacky, I was actually looking for something in return. Apart from anything epoxy.

Needs to renamed to "giveaway" rather than swap. People might then get the idea.

No, because you indirectly swap one board for another.

From the top...

Anyway it's nearly christmas.

I have a couple of boards gathering dust which I would prefer shifted before moving in the new year. One is a 9'6' self shaped log the other a 6'10'' Nigel semmens 1990s semigun - both need a little TLC but are easily in surfable condition. Located just inland from Perranporth.

I would like to give them away with a slight condition attached. Any person who receives a board would give one of their own to a more worthy recipient, and ensures their recipient gives a board of theirs... somewhere along the line we'll get more boards back in the water, and whoever is at the end of the chain gets a free board (hopefully deservedly too).

Anyway - if you want either board post a reply stating what you've got to offer the next chap and meet me between now and this time next week to collect.

Let the claiming begin.

wtf is wrong with people

this indirect board swap is all about 'paying it forward' i.e. give a board away for nothing .........good karma circle 8)

EDIT - maybe the thread title should be changed to remove anbiguity for those that don't read from the top

Hi Danny,

I am keen on that royal bonzer stubby. Also might have something at my folks place that takes your fancy. What you looking for?

I get the jist of this thread BTW. A few months ago I gave away 7'10 minimal to a women who lost all the stuff in the tsunami. However if I have somthing back in Yorkshire that you could use, you are welcome to it.

Nice one! Thank you mate.

Dont worry about dropping it off at my folks - unless you happen to be going right past the door.

I am not back until spring, so If you need it out of the way, I will sort out a courrier collection if you like. Or if you happen to be surfing down whitby way (watch out for them steps!) and bump in to Johnjohn he has to pass my folks house to get home, so would probably not mind droppin it off.

I will try and remember what is left back home after my last clear out......think its just a bunch of thrusters for fat lads!

Thanks again

Got a Circle one "fun board" - thruster - 7'3" x 21 1/4 x 2 1/2 if anyone wants it.

It's not it great condition, but seems serviceable, and still has its fins in place.

Collect from Oxford, or I can deliver to north Devon next time I'm down.

Hey Liam. Do you have any photos? I might take that for teaching other people to surf. They're always asking to borrow my decent boards! If I do get it I'll give away my old fish. I'm in ND
