There was a lad on here selling a few minimals and a longboard very very cheap in the NW. The longboard came with a padded bag which you coud sell on if you were so obliged and make some money back... Worth a look Horseman.

I don't have a board to throw down the line (one board quiver :-( ) but I would happily give my Thule roof rack to someone needy if that 6'7" is still going Mal? Is that cheating or allowed, don't want to offend or get the bad Karma coming at me?
See Thule roof rack Ad for models it fits (VW)

Sounds Fine to me in principle. Every surfer has surfboards to swap around (roughly speaking) - not everyones got a VW needing roofracks so it might take a while to make the next connection that's all. I think there is another board in up for grabs as well somewhere - maybe Sparky's bonzer creation. Good work for keeping this going, I am stoked to have parted with a couple of boards. I just about would have contributed another board to the mix to get my hands on that 6'7'' though Mal - I'm up in Thurso now and my bonzer egg feels like a little much foam at times.

One the swap has been made we could keep a log of what's been swapped and what's on offer to keep the thread up to date. Also anyone willing to put an extra board into the mix would be great as well - a sort of receive 1 donate 2 style job to 2 different people would have us double our 'stock' of indirect board swaps on offer. Something like that.

One of the lads at work has an old Nev 6'8" thruster been sat there for over a year with a ding in the rail (easy fix though), if I can talk him into parting with it or chuck him a few quid I will throw that in the mix too, too nice a board to be dry for a year!! Thanks again, made my night

I've got a 6.3 fish that I'm not using anymore, will get some pics and dimensions later. I'd be interested in the roof bars, got a mk4 golf on the way!

Edit - Forgot to add i'm just outside of Newquay

6.3 x 21 1/2 x 2 5/8 x 15 1/2 N x 16/4

Its quad with future fins shaped by Dave Farrow. Really nice board needs a little tlc, a few dodgy diy repairs and a even dodgier pink gorilla tail pad (it can always be taken off!!ha)

But yea really interested in the roof bars!

Not a board but I have electric planer I used to make a board with. Cheap and cheerful and free to the next home builder. Also a 3m mask for resin work I'll chuck in.

Just had a quick scan of the thread so far and these look to be the boards on offer right now, not sure how many boards have actually been traded but I think sparky's bonzer was claimed.

Current Offers

Straighthander - Wadebridge

6'10'' beach beat fat boy flyer
6'6' JP thruster

Robboadd- Outside Newquay

6'3 fish

Anyone interested in any of this, PM the member to make sure it's available, Add a board of yours to the offers and the indirect board swap keeps rolling.

-fixed

Mal you're a gent, the 6'7 is a little corker of board and it was a pleasure to share a few ditty's too.

Robboadd, pm for phone number and we can sort out a time for you to pick up the roof rack unless anyone is newquay bound from Plymouth area?

Finlay, many thanks for starting all this off, I'll get you a few beers in if you get down this way ;-). Lets keep it rolling (still trying to convince workman to part with the Nev!)
