Righty - you can set your settings to Friends only and that limits who gets and can see your messages and pics.

But...there is a Share function on all of your posts. That means any of your Friends can share the post and photos. Does that mean all of their Friends could then Share that same post and photo? If that is the case then there's sod all control at all.

The answer to your question is yes, it can get shared. FB isn't private at all, I think of it as a completely public space.

Pretty much this, you can restrict access to images and videos (I think) but if they get shared by others you are stuffed.

Someone on TV last night summed it up pretty well.
Don't put anything on the internet that you wouldn't be happy to stick on a piece of A4 and tack to your own front door.

It has caused me many many problems in the past as its an easy way for people to cause sh*t! They r scared of confrontation but if it is on facebook its 'ok' I dont go on it as much, whenever I do its always different so hard to find the buttons again (where is home?! where is friend requests?!) if its not broken dont fix it!
Myabe its just me cos Im slow...........lol
But yeah, even if you type your name in google a facebook picture will appear even if you have 'set it to private!'
