Unable to Message Users

Someone's posted a photo of me on my local break.. And I want to ask the snapper something, however I can no longer find any option to contact him/her.

Am I being a div? There appears to be no option to comment on the photo itself, and nothing on his profile to send a message. Is this the account holder's security option?

if you have a book face you can comment on their profile page and then he can contact you, they moved to the facebook commenting system because of the dodgy comments from anonymous users where as now they have to post as themselves via fb. it might send the user a notification on facebook if their account is linked up but not %100 sure
