Known by most but never really discussed in detail. Good to see more mainstream journalists enquiring on the subject:

"Conspiracy theorists of the world, believers in the hidden hands of the Rothschilds and the Masons and the Illuminati, we skeptics owe you an apology. You were right. The players may be a little different, but your basic premise is correct: The world is a rigged game. We found this out in recent months, when a series of related corruption stories spilled out of the financial sector, suggesting the world's largest banks may be fixing the prices of, well, just about everything."

Same goes for any reporting, there's always an agenda. You just have to syphon out the crap and find the truth.

Interested to hear that any possible rights to oil/gas in Syria have been passed to a group whose members include the Rothschilds and Murdoch families recently..... First we need to get in there. Let's start a war. Let's find a way to secure the area, and maintain a heavy military presence. Let's say chemical weapons are being used and send a peace keeping force there for the foreseeable future.

I'm beginning to wonder if PEACE is a acronym. Any takers?

Its pretty scary and evil as fuck ....and some of it is blatent

"Famously, one Barclays trader monkeyed with Libor submissions in exchange for a bottle of Bollinger champagne, but in some cases, it was even lamer than that. This is from an exchange between a trader and a Libor submitter at the Royal Bank of Scotland:

SWISS FRANC TRADER: can u put 6m swiss libor in low pls?...
PRIMARY SUBMITTER: Whats it worth
SWSISS FRANC TRADER: ive got some sushi rolls from yesterday?...
PRIMARY SUBMITTER: ok low 6m, just for u
SWISS FRANC TRADER: wooooooohooooooo. . . thatd be awesome

Don't believe everything you see/read on the net. There is as much information as disinfo.

100% with you Danny. the failure of our media to extensively cover the libor scandal and leverson report shows up how self serving and collusive the financial sector, the media and the puppeticians are.

Check out War On Democracy by Pilger and Inside Job for some intetesting viewing.

We need to be cautious of the new BoE head Marc Carney, ex Goldman Sachs banker and also not be fooled into apathy over any military deployment in Syria like we were in Libya.

on a bit of tangent but none the less pertaining to corruption an d old boys clubs: the barclays brothers paid for thatchers plush hotel suite prior to her passing,at goodness knows how much a night.probably as a thank you for policies which greatly enhanced their wealth in her tenure as prime minister.

Great way to conceal the truth is to let people like Alex jones spread it around. He's such a crank no one will believe him... Right?

I did follow him on noseybook until his recent angeline Jolie rant. Cunt!

don`t think corruption, misinformation is anything new.it`s always been same all the way through history, each generation is destined to make the same mistakes.same old shit different day.the scariest thing about our times is the misuse of technologies that could control,iradicate,......tweeek almost anything that needs to be tweaked, to keep the balance of power with the er..powers that be.
these could include secret additives to diets, playing with weather systems ,puttingthe price of sky tv up,manufactured boom and bust, price fixing, manufactured phoney wars, media misinformation to name but afew.
it`s no wonder the people who have the power can get away with it ,it`s awide and diverse playing field which is easily manipulated when you are calling the shots.
all you have to do is pay the top scientists shite loads of cash, pay top politicians shit loads of cash etc. oh ,and arrange tragic accidents for would be whistle blowers.

Aye everything is loaded but surely that cannot surprise anyone. Engels and Marx propounded the above view In 1848's The Communist Manifesto and there has been no change since. Everything else is filler though Chomsky and Pilger are excellent.

We all accept it.

Trotsky said unless you're part of the permanent revolution then your part of the problem.

Martin Luther King said for bad things to happen all we need to do is stand silent.

A famous civil liberties judge said evil people don't come knocking on the door with a swastika armband but are more insidious.

But we all buy into it buying our cars, iphones, ipads, ugg boots - all are sops to the masses as Marx said of religion and blind is to the reality.

Surfing days, weekends, other activites also are sops to the masses. It makes us think we're above everyone else but we are no different. We are all working our tits off to enjoy it when we're nearly dead.

No different to 1800s workers who were given sunday off to prevent rioting and enable more efficient production. its why organised sport was invented. We have not moved on. Futurists such as Marshall McLuhan and the idea of a democratised global village were wrong - we just use the net, generally, to post drivel such as this.

We are essentially worker ants all going in the same direction for higher forces (think it might have been Vincent Pareto who said there are born rulers). Surfing might make us think we're different but its all degrees of freedom allowed for the greater good. Its also in their interest to keep the underclass sky tv'ed up and pissed up so as not to theorise. They serve to scare the rest of us into working hard - a docile soceity serves the rulers. We have only been docile for about 300 years - humans a essentially barbaric and have been for millions of years. Coming back to the start Marx amd Engels and Trotsky would say harness that barbarism for the greater good.

So there you are. A PPE education in a quick post - will save you thousands in an Oxbridge education.

Me, I've taken the blue pill whereas Neo chose the red. Anybody choosing the red or bigging themselves up needs to get to Columbia and fight with F A R C - you might meet a hot lass http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2013/ja ... s-colombia

cheers bit wanky and sociology a level ( in which a got an A btw) but its the same shit just a different day, one's just got to fucking enjoy themselves and do the best for their family and friends (your mini ants' nests if you would) and be thankful we can do idiotic activities that people the wrong side of Mugabe, Hussein, Gaddafi would not have been. You could have been born a muslim girl in upper Nigeria and getting circumcised on your 13 th birthday. Anyone reading this, just bybbeing able to, has dodged a bullet.

I could have gone for big bucks and was offered them and a partnership in the 90s but I chose the public sector in a (increasingly misguided) hope to put something back having been funded for 5 years Uni study. Thats not to say my mates who chose the city and big bucks are shitheads, I tell them, fuck that the deals they arrange and sort are paying taxes to fund schools, hospitals so vicariously they build hospitals (unless they work for google and amazon).

Karma will rub off though religion is bollocks. Just today I had a scarped a car ina secluded carpark, first incident in 25 years. Left a note though noone there. Shitting it all day re premiums, guy just rung me up saying dom't sweat it, cheers for your honesty, its a company car 110 k on the clock with pre-existing scrapes so won't put it to repair. Cool

I think with the internet a new avenue of unfiltered communication has opened up. Historic themes do repeat but every moment is a new opportunity. So don't beat yourself up if you have a iPhone or whatever, just take small steps and be positive.

Realise digest and act accordingly

Just be weary of the crackpots :?

And also there are great leaders out there, but there's also ruthless psychopaths. And there's no real knowing of what societies existed past 20,000 bc. A huge epoch of unknown. Could have been peaceful utopias obliterated by asteroids. Who knows. The people I've met during my humble 30 years on earth just want to be happy, and being barbaric doesn't really lead to a happy society. So is that really the nature of humans? Or is it just confusion created by our pursuit of an illusion of happiness

Yeah be thankful for what you have but make the most of potential too.
