you really need to get them their own computer. or at least give them their own user accounts without administrative access.


Can you do anything or is it completely locked?

If you can run or install stuff go to:- http://www.malwarebytes.org/ and do the free download, install, run, update and then scan. It's about the best tool out there at the moment.

You may also want to try start in safe mode & do a system restore to a pre-infection time.
