Fibre optic broadband

No longer will I bemoan my slow net connection.
I can now watch the comps and videos without problem (hopefully).
Goodbye copper, hello techy glass fibre.
We now have 38Mb/s wired connection - bliss!
What a relief!

If they are not with BT they won't be able to get it. BT are hogging the fibre, reluctantly I had to change provider.

Quick update on this....

Today BT finally connected the phone part of the fibre setup 16 weeks after I placed the order - yes 16 effing weeks which included many broken promises/deadlines and absolutely nothing being done without us constantly chasing them despite absolute assurances to the contrary.

B(ullshi)T are an utterly useless company and I would recommend avoiding them like the plague. I don't understand how they can trade like that - or are even allowed to!

Now going through their claims procedure!

yep, Cornwall may have the fastest interwebs in the UK but it still has the slowest provider in the world!

They left a whole town in Devon (I think) without internet for weeks and couldn't explain or tell them when it would be back on!

Just got a call from BT - sorry we are going to have to stop the fibre voice line there's a problem, you'll be put back on copper!
When will it be sorted?
Can't say!

Good job I didn't rip the copper wire out already!

Morons!

Edit: They've now cut off incoming calls - WTF
