Some people I know on the south coast also got flooded, although not as bad as that I dont think. Was supposed to be going down there this weekend...

Grockles is Devon

Emmets is Cornwall

dont think there will be anyone at the beach (dont even know if there is a beach there) not unless you have your own private helicopter to get near the place - looks realy bad up there !

Emmetts is Ants/tourist and grockles is incomer. tis round our way anyhow.

i always thought that grockles is devon - i lived there too on dartmoor nr ashburton and we always called ants grockles

then in cornwall the ants were emmets

dunno now lol

Little story on from floods..

I was in for a session at Combesgate (wooly) and a 24pack of Cornish spring water floats but, then some 7up!!!

By next morning the beach was coverd with shoes, striplights, parts of cars, drinks, Cornish fudge, and two coca cola fridges.

Didn't got thirsty that session.

what would be awesome is now the winter is creeping is a hot drinks dispenser out back, we should fit out a goat boat with a thermos system, so it can serve up piping hot drinks, how lush would that be when you cannot feel your lips anymore
