Finally did it; Did the dip y'all

Tynemouth beach low tide on push 1-2ft no wind. There was a nice bank and I was sure I'd catch a green wave- but I forgot my own rule straight away- took the first wave that came and got sent under!!! That is the worst thing. From there it went down hill!!!
