Hey guys, new to magicseaweed, but getting keen on both surfing and the photography side of it. Been heading out to St Andrews and Lunan Bay here in Scotland with my friend and have ended up getting some interesting shots.
Currently using a Nikon D3000 and an HD Hero 2 from GoPro. Here's some results:

Whoops! Fixed that now, thanks for spotting it.

As for a prize, I probably have a crusty old bar of wax kicking about the floor of my car you are welcome to.

Some random shots o mine I've come across. Sorry if it's a repeat. Love this thread, if only the old pics would still be in it.

South Coast and what I wouldn't do for some of this right now

2.5m swell if I remember correctly. November 2010 or 2011? probably 2010. Was bitching cold getting caught inside. Was one of those sessions where I kept getting impatient and kept paddling inside and got caught by every set going I think.

Wasn't that big on all the sets though... another one from the same day and some perspective for yo.

Nice one, looks so good. To be honest if i saw a 2.5m swell i would of been at another spot just round the corner, so i was probably around. I just never really surf Bantham as i always expect it to be crowded! Really nice pics though, think the landscape helps too, do you have it on msw 'print on demand'?

Boom! Classic Rip, we had an amazing winter a couple of years back, about 5 'swell of the years' in two months and loads of waves in between, only year having a 7'0 gun was actually worthwhile

so many memories of days of surfing double overhead plus waves on my own all brought flooding back by that photo.
Nice one Poo! :salute:

The footage from the trailing hand is way better than leading hand I reckon. Awesome vid tho. Loving the variety of angles and shots you put in. Was expecting the same old angle of the same mushy wave looped for 3-4mins, but well liked that. Something to be said for not mounting the cam on your board.

Think if you lick the lens you don't get drops on it.

Nice tunes too
