I can offer something similar...if you come here and don't surf a day, due to wave conditions of course, then you don't pay that day...how's that? i can asure i could take you surfing everyday where i'm from, our swell never goes under 3ft or period under 10 seconds, check out the historical data. this past week has been really small for us, flat spell.... but still waves to surf, nice beachbreaks. i surf headhigh waves on average everyday, and if i don't surf one day it's 'cuz i'm hurt or too hangover....haha...well i avoid surfing on summer weekends, it just gets too crowded for my likes...rather wait for weekdays, much better.
