Well here it is, the answer to all our needs.

I just made this from leftovers and an unused 20w extractor fan. Blows air nicely into those stinky boots (not that I'm wearing any yet !!) but I am ready for winter.

As yet untested but there is a gentle air flow which will definitely aid drying. Depends also if it was left in the sun or thought about placing a silver backed windscreen sun shield under/behind it.

Yup Chris and they have larger diameter tubes. These are only 40mm so might re-make if they under-perform, we shall see.

Forgot about this thread - Listerine in boots works a treat.

Missus pulled me up as Listerine pricey, so now own Tesco's own brand - does the trick as well WP101 invention

I have also made a thing...



Excuse the shite on the floor.. Instead of an extractor fan, I've used a 120mm computer fan, wired up to a 12v phone charger. And then some poor cutting and taping. Seems to speed up the drying process a bit though.

I also just wired up another 120mm fan to a phone charger cable and jammed it in the neck of my wetsuit whilst on a hanger.. Seemed to speed up the drying time considerably once it had stopped being dripping wet.

just looking at those boots confirms my suspicions that c skins either BLATANTLY copy everything xcel do or they are one in the same company, same wetsuit patterns same drylock stuff etc
