We are selling our much loved caravan sited At Broughton Farm Caravan Park.

This is a great site and a bit quieter than Hillend, negotiations are done via the caravan park but the link is as follows

For those that don't know Broughton ( see link) it has a quality long board break and you are within walking distance to Llangennith and Blue Pool. Me and the mrs love it down there and are only selling to get a bigger caravan on the site.

Can this caravan be left on the site for the remaining 7yrs? what else would need to be paid? atb, Kristian.

Yes caravan had a 15 year license when new and has 7 years remaining, which means its good to stay there for another 7 years.

Yearly site fees are about £2400.00 and you have gas by bottle on average two a year at £60 a piece and electric is about £65.00 a year, site is open March 1st until November 15th.
