Be careful on or below cliffs

Meant to say I noticed a bit of a landslip at the south end of Fistral the other day. Made me think twice about getting too close to cliffs from the base or looking over the edge. With the current weather places are becoming very unstable. Just thought I'd mention it.

ill second that.....here on the isle o wight weve lost a large cliff which had the stairs (50 of em) so now to get tro a break called " fields" is about a mile walk.

the cliff is a good 100 ft high

we now have 3 major cliff falls this week

Bump. This is real people. Cliffs will cave in on you without giving a damn. Look up.

One of my favourite waves du jour thats been pumping all week is directly below high, overhanging and very unstable cliffs. Loads of folk get changed on the little wave-cut platform right at their base. Sh!ts me right up, especially with all the thawing/freezing and the little waterfalls of snow melt running down them.

Whitsands, Tregantle end has a nice lump of rock that looks like it wants to depart from the cliffs side...gave that a wide berth after a surf on Wednesday.
