Shortest effecrive length for a noserider lomgboard?

What is the shortest, effective length of noserider style longboards?

I assumed it would be around 9'4" but interestingly (and it's a looker), this Gulfstream one is only 9'0".

Well 9'0 makes it "officially" a longboard so there's your answer!

In reality the difference between 9'0 and 9'4 isn't huge and what really matters is your own size in relation to the board.

For me at 5'6 and 65kg, 9'4 is the sweet spot, longer than that doesn't make a great deal of difference. My wife who's slimmer and smaller would feel that 9'0 was similar to how I find my 9'4s

Big blokes would want a bigger board for the same feel etc
