Using your lens Phil 8)

Had a moment of clarity last night - driving around the island like a maniac looking for waves and finally decided about 10pm it was game over.

The un-natural, illogical, selfish desire to fly along the face of a wave was out of the equation. I could relax and take in what a truly spectacular place this really is. 5,000 year old Neolithinc settlements, amazing standings stones , brilliant wildlife.

Will fire up some pics once I suss out if I can upload from my camera or not - if not I will do it when back home.

Early ferry off this wee island of Flotta and on the search again this afternoon

Certainly hit the jackpot yesterday with that swell. What a brilliant day, marred only by me falling on my arse on the rocks. Hope it won't be long until you're back in the islands again. That bodyboarder's face when you said we'd "met on the internet" was a picture.

Think so mate   Guy I know from the village, serious climber, said he would lead up there if I seconded him - he's done it umpteen times - I would but the guy's a proper cunt - had the misfortune of a train home with him last night after we had been at a free bar & he was half cut as well

Was absolutely pumping up here again yesterday, though at times it had bit more of an edge to it than last week. Cue several rinsings and a fin demolishing trip across the reef.
