You are invited to my Neo Spirit Yoga and Surf Retreat in Devon, UK. There are two retreats, a 3 night option 28th April-1st May 2017 and a 5 night option 4-9th May 2017. Feedback from my last retreats said they needed to be longer! The retreats are the same but one is two nights longer.

Lots of Yoga, meditation, fun, surfing (optional lessons), coastal walks, yummy veggie food for 3 nights in a beautiful converted barn in Georgeham/Croyde Bay Devon. So excited! Get in touch if you would like to reserve a space!

We will be doing morning and evening Yoga, meditation and pranayama sessions in a lovely big converted barn with decking and a garden which is walking distance to the beach. We then have all day to have fun surfing and relaxing at the beautiful Croyde or Putsborough surfing beach or doing anything you want to do. We have an amazing chef cooking us healthy, vegetarian, breakfast, lunch and dinners.

We stay 3 x nights in a beautiful converted barn by the sea, do 6 x Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama classes over the weekend. Endless surfing, optional lessons and the possibility of SUPing, coastal walks, massage, art, chilling and lots more.

Yoga combined with surfing in the ocean will energise, revitalise and relax you (and will be lots of fun!) I believe the ocean is one of natures great healers, it has amazing energy. It is proven that the negative ions near the ocean make you happier. Connecting with nature and the ocean, combined with Yoga, Meditation and Pranayama will be a refreshing, healing, fun experience. I love Yoga and Surfing, so I want you to give you the opportunity to experience these wonderful things too!
My aim of this retreat is for you to be healed, restored, relaxed and rejuvenated. I will try to help you to come back to yourself, remember who you are, love yourself and feel grounded and present. By clearing blockages, rebalancing your mind, body and spirit I believe you will feel happier, more focused in your life and ready to face any challenge. I will do my best help you feel peace in your mind and love and happiness in your heart.

Yoga and surfing work wonderfully together. Many top pro surfers swear by yoga to compliment their surfing. Yoga helps with being present, building strength, increasing flexibility, enhancing balance, concentration, focus, calm and pranayama increases lung capacity. Yoga helps you surf with more energy and endurance. Yoga helps you to focus in the water and have a personal relationship with the ocean. Whether you are a Yogi looking to try surfing, a surfer wanting to incorporate yoga, to have a lovely holiday or just try something different, this will be great for you.

Daily Schedule (the 5 day is the same as below but Thursday until Tuesday at 10am)

The Hatha Yoga class is for beginners and intermediate Yogis, I can vary the postures to suit all abilities. The style is fun and creative, yet focused and still challenging. The Hatha flows and also has many influences from various disciplines and teachers. Yoga stretches, strengthens, tones, helps to align, and improves the health of the entire body. My varied mix of guided meditations will help you in different areas of your life and help you to calm the mind and bring you into the present. We will do pranayama, morning and evening which will be amazingly beneficial to your mind and body. Pranayama (breath control) stimulates and brings oxygen to every tissue in the body, is said to remove all diseases, destroys negative thought patterns among many other benefits.

Croyde and Georgham (where the barn is) are lovely little surf villages, with cafes, a few shops and a couple of pubs and restaurants. You can walk to the beaches (20 minutes Putsborough Surf Beach & 40 minutes to Croyde Bay, 5 minutes by car)

3 nights shared twin room accommodation (the big room may have 3 sharing)

3 vegetarian evening meals

2 vegetarian lunches

3 healthy vegetarian breakfasts

Not included:

Surf board and wetsuit hire at beaches

Surf Lesson- optional (£25 pp) for 2 hours with Barefoot Surfing

Local activities- coasteering, horse riding, walks, mountain biking)

Transfer from station to barn.

If you want to arrive and depart at the same time you can share a minibus to make it cheaper. You can book trains 12 weeks in advance, I would suggest getting to Barnstable at around 2.30 to get a taxi together, also leaving at 12pm Monday you could travel together if you like. I will suggest a train to and from London as soon trains are available to book.

The cost is £330 for the 3 day, £560 for the 5 day retreat. To secure your place please pay a deposit of £160, £250 for the 5 day. You will need to pay the full amount 10 weeks before the weekend.
