Does anyone know why the MSW Swell forecasts have changed from a 10 day outlook to a 7 day outlook period?

It''ll be - provide your own forecast and become part of the big society! - of course, there will be a 20% tax levy on surf predictions, but only if kept warm and on display to customers - there will be no tax on freshly prepared forecasts if consumed immediately and off the premises.
