6'2 bonzer octafish

A friend has asked me to put up for sale his
6'2 Octafish. Its a bit on the big side, but he is a biggish guy.
Its in perfect nic, ridden a handful of times.

6'2 X 21 X 2 3/4
Glassed on fins with a 6 inch removable centre fin. Gloss polish
Shaped by Malcom and gassed in Moonlight, so it has a real quality finish to it.

Would your mate be interested in a swap / part exchange for a slightly more performance orientated Campbell Brother's Bonzer?

I've got a 6’6” x 21" x 2 15/16“ Mini Merk, shaped by Malcolm on one of his visits to the UK a few years ago. At nearly 3 inches thick, with a nice wide template, it would make an excellent short board for a bigger guy (and would come in at a couple of litres more volume than the Octafish that you are selling, I reckon).

Lovely board, rides like a dream (I've got 3 Mini Merks myself, hence the reason for selling this one, which has a bit too much volume in it for me).

If Joseph doesn't want to swap then I will be selling it.

I've mentioned on this forum that I will be selling it a couple of times over the past few months, but I was just waiting for the weather to improve so that i could get it out in the garden and get it de-waxed, inspected and photographed properly.

That has all happened now. So I'll just wait to see what the story is with this Octafish, and will then likely post it on the forums very soon after (under a new post).

Must warn you though that I have already had some interest from the forum (as well as some local interest here in Dorset), so I will have to be fair and go back and check who asked first, and then take it from there.

As I said, if Joseph isn't interested then I will put it straight up for sale.

Yeah that's cool mate. I'm in no mad rush, if it's meant to be it will work out. Are you west or east Dorset? I'm on the iow so meeting up could be feasible if it works out

I'm about 8 miles north west of Poole (near the World's End pub, if you prefer boozers for landmarks). That's kinda south central Dorset, about 6 miles south of Blandford Forum.
