GUILTY ................ take him down. Sick of his pathetic attempts to try & defend the undefendable.

Guity, but he's going to get away with it, as did OJ. Not enough evidence to prove his guilt.

Precisely. It's the law in SA, same as anywhere.

Meanwhile fuckheads like this who are guilty as guilty can be have the audacity to appeal their case, in spite of as much evidence as anyone could possibly need

There should be some judicial review on these appeals - FFS the guy was filmed with a machete & blood dripping from his hands ............... complete waste of taxpayers money.

Intent : what the f*ck was he trying to do then - scare her with load bangs and 9mm pieces of lead travelling at 2,000mph .............. it does have essence of O.J. all over it but surely My Lady will decide he is GUILTY

And then essentially made a statement to camera that he did it and why! FFS, appeal overruled.

The high court judges tend to give these appeals short shrift to be fair. Prob more the fault of the legal aid commission in granting aid for these hopeless fucktard appeals.

So we think Oscar's gonna walk yeah? On prosthetics but walk nonetheless

I heard a funny noise whilst in bed last night so I jumped up and did all the usual stuff - checked the front door, checked the windows, shot my girlfriend five times, checked the back door.

Turns out there was no one there!

I reckon if I shot my Mrs through the bog door, whether by accident or in a fit of rage, I'd spend my days in court chucking my guts up.

if he is telling the truth, what a situation to be in!

Now foxy Knoxy far more interesting.

If you were found guilty of manslaughter in the UK would you walk out of court to be sentenced at a later date?…. :? :?

I bet he won't get 15 yrs, 10 max out in 7, write a book, make a film, do the TV tours, KERCHING……bouncing all the way to the bank...

This. The bit I don't understand, is that he's also been charged with "illegal possession of ammunition"....surely it's illegal to own the firearm too?!

I don't think guns are as tightly controlled in SA. It was probably illegal to have it loaded in the house or something, you have to store ammunition separately. A fair few US states are like that

I assume they aren't that tightly controlled given how many people are getting shot there
