Any discussion on shaping, designing, repairing and riding surfcraft of any type or shape. Also a good place to ask the 'what board should I buy?' question.
I've had two Rusty Slayer's and I love them. If you're looking to go vertical on big waves its not the board for you, but its awesome for connecting turns and smooth cutbacks. Doesn't grovel well but does a great job in 8 or 9 foot waves. A friends sent me this, I think this guy hits all the main points of why the Rusty Slayer's so rad. Also talks about a similar board to the Slayer and the Rock Up by FCD surfboards. I assume he's talking about the F Rocket, which Kohl Christensen surfs in heaving cloud break. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p6uOtwvohIc
^^^ I've just watched that video clip...that guy was talking 1000mph...his lips were a blur. If anyone could decrypt what he said I would be most grateful.
